These Are The Best Private Schools In VA For 2019: New Rankings

McLEAN, VA — Virginia parents firmly believe that the school their child attends has a big impact on their future. Parents move to specific communities because of the school systems, and they are also willing to spend thousands in tuition to send their child to the best private schools.

According to the latest ranking from Niche.com, Virginia has dozens of great private K-12 and high schools to choose from. In its list for 2019, the education and real estate website ranked the top 66 private high schools in the Commonwealth with an "A+" or "A" grade.

The rankings are "based on rigorous analysis of data from the U.S. Department of Education along with test scores, college data, and ratings collected from millions of Niche users," according to Niche.com. (Still skeptical? You can pick apart the site's full methodology here.)
