The project would offer more travel options and fast, frequent, reliable service, according to HRT's director of transit development Sam Sink. 2. A Hampton man was caught with a loaded handgun at Norfolk International Airport over the weekend. ORF officials caught the .380 caliber handgun loaded with six bullets at the airport security checkpoint on Sunday.
