- A Norfolk man has died after flipping his vehicle multiple times on Interstate 64 and being shot by a Henrico County police officer on Saturday. According to the Henrico County Police Department, an officer shot 53-year-old Tony Elliott Singleton of Norfolk after arriving at the scene of a single-car crash on I-64. Singleton had been driving when the vehicle flipped multiple times, prompting a police response. (WAVY.com)
- A Norfolk man has pleaded guilty to the murder of his girlfriend and their two infant children. 27-year-old DuWayne Warren pleaded guilty Monday to three counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of his girlfriend and their son last December, along with their daughter 12 months earlier.
