Here are the top stories today in Norfolk:

  1. A 9-year-old Norfolk girl is missing and considered endangered. Emiya Copeland was last seen on Oct. 29 wearing her school uniform, which is an orange shirt and khaki skirt. Norfolk Police encourage anyone who has seen Emiya to contact them. (wtkr.com)
  2. As of Wednesday, incumbent Danica Royster held a slim lead against Jackie Glass in the race to represent Superward 7 on the Norfolk City Council. As of Tuesday evening, Royster was ahead by only a few hundred votes with one precinct and mail-ins still left uncounted. The race still has not been called. (Virginian-Pilot)
  3. A three-vehicle crash closed several lanes on the Berkley Bridge Wednesday, causing heavy backups. (WAVY.com)
