Here are the top stories in Norfolk and nearby communities today:

1. Norfolk police are searching for a passenger of a stolen car in a high-speed chase yesterday. Police said the driver, Kelvin Derrick King, Jr., 19, was detained but they're still looking for the person with him at the time of the chase. The vehicle crashed after reaching high speeds of over 140 MPH on New Kent County down I-64 and through the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel into Norfolk. King was detained uninjured, but the passenger jumped out of the still-moving vehicle and vanished. (13newsnow.com WVEC)
2. Virginia Zoo's 'ZooLumination' is coming back to Norfolk on Nov. 19. Guests can walk through a lineup of giant, inflatable, and LED-lit animals. 3. Four people and three cats were displaced after a fire on E. Little Creek Road in Norfolk Thursday afternoon. There were no reported injuries. (wtkr.com)
