Norfolk Adjusts Operating Hours Due To Winter Weather
Public Works crews spent this afternoon pretreating bridges/overpasses and major roadways across the city ahead of the winter weather.

Due to the winter weather forecast, all Norfolk libraries and recreation centers will close Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The Broad Creek Refresh meeting planned for tonight is canceled and will be rescheduled.

The Norfolk Courthouse will close today at 4:00 p.m. and will be closed on Friday.
Trash and recycling collection will take place as scheduled on Friday.

Public Works crews spent this afternoon pretreating bridges/overpasses and major roadways across the city ahead of the winter weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution and give city trucks plenty of space to treat and plow the roads.
