Norfolk City Offices Close In Observance Of Columbus Day

Online services will remain available

NORFOLK, VA – The City of Norfolk’s Commissioner of the Revenue, City Treasurer’s offices and the Norfolk Courthouse will be closed on Monday, October 12 in observance of Columbus Day and Yorktown Victory Day. Offices will reopen at regular business hours on Tuesday, October 13.

Online services remain available. Access the online customer service portal at https://eservices.norfolk.gov/ or mail payments to Norfolk City Treasurer, PO Box 3215, Norfolk, VA 23514-3215. The Commissioner of Revenue can be emailed at CORWEBINQ@norfolk.gov. The City Treasurer has partnered with the Department of Utilities to allow taxpayers to deposit payments at seven conveniently located drop boxes around the city.
