Dr. Leonard Brown, the Vice President of Student Affairs for Norfolk State University, says masks will be required indoors and recommended outdoors.   2. Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that claimed the life of one person in the Ocean View neighborhood on Sunday night in Norfolk. Police have determined that the driver was the only occupant of the vehicle. They were pronounced dead on the scene. (WAVY.com)
