1. Little Creek Elementary recently hosted a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for kids aged 5-11. Norfolk Public Schools says it wants to make it easy for children to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Norfolk school leaders said in three weeks they will start offering the second dose Pfizer vaccine for students. (13newsnow.com WVEC)
2. Let the "Great Hot Cocoa War" begin to find the best hot chocolate in Norfolk. Participating restaurants will offer small cups of their special hot chocolates for $2 each. The competition starts today and lasts until Saturday, Nov. 27. You can vote for your favorite online. (13newsnow.com WVEC)
3. The Norfolk Police Department is asking for assistance in locating a missing man last seen on Nov. 7. Bryant Osborne, 47, is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 180 pounds. He is known to frequent the area surrounding Gosnold Avenue. Police say Osborne also suffers from mental health issues. (wtkr.com)
4. The City of Norfolk is one of the 2021 HIRE Vets Medallion Award recipients for their work in successfully recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans. (WAVY.com)
