Special rates for Norfolk Harbor & Grand Illumination Parade

NORFOLK, VA – Park early November 23rd and 24th and enjoy everything downtown Norfolk has to offer. Select parking garages will offer special early bird discounts. All garages offer cash or credit options. The collect-on-entry rates are listed below.

Downtown City Parking Garages (Including Waterside Garage)

Friday:

• 12p – 7p $2 (Cash/Credit) Town Point Garage
• All other garages are normal operations (Hourly Rate)

Saturday:

• 5a – 5p $2 (Cash/Credit)
• 5p – Close $5 (Cash/Credit)
• 6p – Close $10 (Cash/Credit) Waterside Garage ONLY

Sunday:

• 5a – 3p $5 (Cash/Credit)
• 3p – Close Normal Operations (Hourly Rate)
• 6p – Close $10 (Cash/Credit) Waterside Garage ONLY

MacArthur Center Garages

Friday:

• Normal Operations – Pay at exit (6a – Close)

Saturday:

• 5a – 5p $2 (Cash/Credit)
