  1. Certain Portsmouth and Norfolk residents can get relief from a few Hampton Roads tolls under an expansion of a state program. On Monday morning, Gov. Ralph Northam sent out details about the new scope of the Toll Relief Program. His office said people in Portsmouth and Norfolk who earn less than $30,000 a year could be eligible to get discounts on tolls in the Downtown and Midtown tunnels. (13 News Now)
  2. A couple from Virginia is looking for answers after someone stole a tree from their front yard. Zach and Morgan Teslovich, of Norfolk, said the theft occurred around 4:45 a.m. this past Wednesday. In less than 60 seconds, the thief took a shovel to the Teslovich's lawn, dug up their palm tree, and ran off with it. (6 ABC)
