  1. Ziontay Palmer, who has been charged with shooting five women on one November night, has been ruled competent to stand trial. Three of the women were killed and two are still recovering from their wounds. Palmer's trial will continue in April. (13newsnow.com WVEC)
  2. Country singers Morgan Wallen, Kane Brown, and Jon Pardi will be the three main acts at the Patriotic Festival when it moves to Norfolk this Memorial Day Weekend. Tickets are available for pre-sale now. (WAVY.com)
  3. The Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority are suffering from staff shortages due to rising COVID-19 cases in the region. Appointments with residents and rental office staff will now be done virtually. Maintenance request responses will be "prioritized to qualifying emergency maintenance items."
