- Norfolk city manager Larry Filer has recommended that Chrysler Hall renovations be tabled. The main reason for the proposed delay is ballooning renovation costs. The price tag currently sits at $90 million but it was estimated to be $50 million before the COVID-19 pandemic started. (WAVY.com)
- Norfolk developers of the Headwaters Resort & Casino proposed to the Norfolk City Council a limited temporary gaming facility inside Harbor Park. The proposal would bring gambling to their minor league baseball park before the casino is finished next door. The developers would need to secure a facility operator license before they can begin operations. (The Virginian-Pilot)
