1. A water main break has closed a section of E. Liberty Street in Norfolk. City officials say E. Liberty Street at Halifax Street is currently closed to all traffic. Traffic is being detoured to Berkley Avenue ext. via Obendorfer Road and Craig Street. (WAVY.com)
2. A Norfolk woman has pled guilty to driving under the influence which claimed the lives of two of her friends on May 2 of this year. Tahlia Ricks' blood alcohol level was tested at 0.12% after the accident, according to a statement of facts entered into evidence Wednesday. Ricks pleaded guilty to aggravated involuntary vehicular manslaughter, involuntary vehicular manslaughter, and drunken driving in Norfolk Circuit Court. (Daily Press)
