  2. A Norfolk woman has pled guilty to driving under the influence which claimed the lives of two of her friends on May 2 of this year. Tahlia Ricks' blood alcohol level was tested at 0.12% after the accident, according to a statement of facts entered into evidence Wednesday. Ricks pleaded guilty to aggravated involuntary vehicular manslaughter, involuntary vehicular manslaughter, and drunken driving in Norfolk Circuit Court. (Daily Press)
