Shaggin' 4th of July Celebration in Portsmouth

A beach music party on the 4^th of July in Portmouth called the Shaggin' 4th of July Celebration encourages residents to show off their shag stepping. The Breadwine & Blooze Band will play music from 5 to 8 p.m. with a follow up performance by the Tidewater Concert Band playing patriotic music from 8 to 9:30 p.m. The fireworks show will start around 9:30 m. The event will take place at 2 High Street in Portsmouth.
