In Santa Ana, over 5,000 people are without power and multiple residences, businesses and schools were affected. By 4 p.m. the power had not been restored, so it might mean lights out until tomorrow.

A home being rented through Airbnb caught fire Thursday and amounted to nearly $500,000 in damages according to reports. "The cause of the fire is unknown and no one was injured," according to a sheriff's department statement.

Are those human remains? The discovery was made at a construction site and a coroner was sent to the scene to investigate.

Today in Los Angeles, a woman walked into the Kardashian sisters' DASH boutique waving a handgun and going on a rant about Cuba. To make matters weirder, she returned to the store a few hours later with a machete before DASHing from the scene.
