EAST BAY, CA – Police nabbed a suspected California bank robber in another state and a former minor league baseball player admitted to beating his wife to death with a hammer in their home in 2016. An elderly driver who likely suffered from pedal confusion crashed into her own home and her neighbor's in the Tri-Valley area.
Officer Andrew Camilleri, husband and father of 3, killed while on duty Christmas Eve, will be laid to rest this weekend.

- The victim said he was confronted by three to four males, ages 16 to 20, police said.
