Easton 2021 Election Voter Guide: See The Candidates
Here's what you need to know concerning the 2021 Easton local elections including the candidates, polling places, voting hours and more.

EASTON, CT — Easton residents will head to the polls on Nov. 2 to cast votes for the municipal election. The position of first selectman, selectman, town clerk, and spots on the boards of education, finance and more are all up for grabs.
Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 2. You can find your poll location at the Secretary of the State website by inputting your information.
In Easton, Democratic First Selectman David Bindelglass is running for a second term against Republican challenger Jeff Parker. For selectman, the Democrats are fielding Bob Lessler, and the Republicans, Kristi Sogofsky.

The Republican candidates for town clerk (Christine Halloran) and treasurer (Christine Calvert) are both running unopposed.
For tax collector, Democrat Michael Gutowksi is running against Republican Krista Kot.

Voters may select up to two candidates for the full-term opening on the Finance Board, and three are running: Democrats Jacqueline Kaufman and Ira Kaplan, and Republican Michael Ring. For the two-year vacancy on the Finance Board, residents have a choice between Republican Wendy Bowditch and Democrat Art Laske.
There are two openings on the Education Board of Education. Republican Jenny Chieda is vying with Democrat Devon Wible for a full-term gig, and Democrat Jennifer De Jesus is running unopposed for a four-year term. For the Regional Board of Ed, voters will choose two candidates from among Democrats John Foley and Maureen Williams, and Republicans Kathy Thompson and Todd Johnston.

The candidates for the Board of Assessment Appeals are Democrat Kerry Caylor and Republican Adam Bonoff.
Residents will choose two candidates from among Republicans Ray Ganim and Victor George, and Democrats Lisa Burns and Sheila Sinha Charmoy, for seats on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
On Election Day, Easton voters will choose four constables from a field of seven: Democrats Irv Silverman, Gloria Bindelglass and David Katz; and Republicans Darrin Silhavy, Raymond Martin III, Anthony Farmer and Chris Peritore.
Democrat Gloria Bindelglass is running against Republican Shari Pearlman for the Library Board.
