The second victim shot in Tysons Corner Sunday, Aug. 5 has died, Fairfax County Police said. Authorities say the mother of both children fired the fatal shots, and she is in custody on murder charges.

Car Smashes Into Inova Hospital

A car crashed into the Inova Alexandria Hospital Saturday, according to authorities. Multiple fire department units responded to the car crash into a load bearing wall, and a technical rescue team assessed structural damage to the structure.

Intense Rain On The Way In NoVA, DC: Flood Watch Issued

Heavy rain could cause flash flooding around DC and Northern Virginia on Monday afternoon and evening, according to forecasters. The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for parts of the region through 10 p.m. Monday.

'Serial Flasher' May Have Been Arrested: Report

Police have arrested an Alexandria man in a series of indecent exposures in Washington, D.C., and police now believe that he is involved in nine flashing incidents in northern Virginia.
