5 New Coronavirus Deaths In DC; 2,476 Total Positive Cases

The D.C. Department of Health reported Friday five more individuals in the District have died from the coronavirus.

WASHINGTON, DC — The D.C. Health Department confirmed Friday morning five new deaths due to the new coronavirus, also known as COVID-19. This brings the total number of deaths from the virus in the District to 86.

  • 61-year-old male
  • 68-year-old female
  • 72-year-old female
  • 82-year-old male
  • 91-year-old female

D.C. Health also confirmed 126 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of positive cases in the District to 2,476.
