Coronavirus Kills 9 More In DC; 2,927 Total Positive Cases
The D.C. Department of Health reported Monday nine more individuals in the District have died from the coronavirus.
WASHINGTON, DC — The D.C. Department of Health confirmed Monday morning that there were 1o5 new cases of the new coronavirus, bringing the total number of positive cases in the District to 2,927.
D.C. Health also confirmed that nine more District residents have died of COVID-19, the disease associated with the coronavirus. This brings the total number of coronavirus-related deaths to 105. The new deaths are:
- 54-year-old female
- 67-year-old female
- 68-year-old female
- 73-year-old female
- 73-year-old male
- 76-year-old female
- 78-year-old female
- 82-year-old male
- 83-year-old female.
To date, 14,113 people in the District have been tested for the coronavirus and 630 have recovered.
