Man, 16-Year-Old Charged in River Green Entering Auto Case

An 18-year-old man and a juvenile have been arrested in connection to an entering auto incident that occurred just before daybreak on Monday in Canton.

Officers with the agency were dispatched around 5 a.m. July 27 to the River Green subdivision in response to a possible entering auto in progress.
Two male suspects were allegedly “observed opening a vehicle door parked in a driveway by the 911 caller,” Canton police said in its press release.

The suspects then left the scene on foot, and were followed by the caller, the agency stated.

Both suspects ran from the citizen as officers arrived to the area. Those officers began a search of the neighborhood, and eventually located the two suspects inside a car parked near the tennis courts.
Canton resident Nicholas Freaman Glowka, 18, and the 16-year-old male juvenile were each charged with three counts of entering auto and four counts of misdemeanor theft by taking.
