School officials confirm all students and staff at Douglas County High are safe, following the lockdown Friday.
DOUGLASVILLE, GA — A Douglas County student is facing charges of terroristic threats and disrupting public schools Friday following a lockdown at Douglas County High School, the school system told Patch.

After an administrator saw the student walking near Interstate 20 toward Douglas County High, an alert system was triggered and activated a school lockdown, school officials said.
