Carolyn Annette Bailey, age 58 of Douglasville, passed away February 19, 2015. She was born February 15, 1957 in Atlanta, GA. She was a homemaker and a member of New Genesis Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband, Sidney Bailey; sisters and brothers-in-law: Lois and James Greeson, Peggy and Joe Cannady, Sherry and Steve Jones, Darlene Carnes; father-in-law and mother-in-law: J. C. and Frances Bailey; brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Jimmy and Debbie Bailey; 19 nieces & nephews; 16 great nieces and nephews; numerous cousins, and an abundance of friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Carnes, mother, Sarah Nell Torbert Carnes, sisters: Sandy Shoemaker and Terri Carnes.

Funeral Service will be held Sunday, February 22, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the New Genesis Baptist Church with Rev. Lloyd Latham and Rev. Wayne Settles officiating. Interment will follow in the Mozley Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends, Friday, February 20, 2015 from 6-9 PMand also Saturday, February 21, 2015 from 3-9PM at the funeral home.
