Brookline Police Looking For Possible Shoplifter
The man was seen in the store earlier this month.

BROOKLINE, MA — The police department is looking to identify a person it believes was involved in a shoplifting incident that took place earlier this month at a retail store on Commonwealth Avenue.
According to police, the man was captured on surveillance footage at approximately 10:23 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue pants, a black sweater with a zipper, and white sneakers. He brought a small white and brown-colored dog into the store with him on the day the reported shoplifting took place.
Community members with relevant information are being asked to contact detectives at 617-730-2711. The name of the business the man is believed to have stolen from has not been made public.
