5% Day to Benefit Community Cupboard Food Pantry
Shop at Whole Foods Market Medford on March 25th and 5% of all sales will be donated to the Community Cupboard Food Pantry!
The Community Cupboard Food Pantry (147 High St, Medford) distributes food to about 50 - 80 families each week who reside mostly in Medford, Malden, Everett, and Somerville. People come for many reasons: elders on fixed incomes, people working full-time at poverty-level wages, people with disabilities, individuals who have lost their job. A significant portion of the food goes to feed children! The money raised will help provide well-rounded meals continuously for the community.
