Food Drive a Win for Brooks Elementary

Brooks Elementary and its Helping Hands Committee collected 135 bags of non-perishable food items and personal care items.

MEDFORD, MA - The Brooks Elementary School and its Helping Hands Committee collected 135 bags of non-perishable food items and personal care items during its “First Friday” food drive this past week.

That total is three times the usual monthly collection.

The 100-Day Food Drive is ongoing. The goal is to collect 100 non-perishable food items and personal care items for pantries in Medford.
