Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County-North
Plus, Derry man indicted on stolen SUV rap, alleged stranglers indicted, and Allenstown woman indicted on felony theft charges.
MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North recently.
Shane Collins, 42, pictured lower right, of Dexter Avenue in Derry, for receiving stolen property and conduct after an accident, both felonies. On March 17, he allegedly drove a stolen Chevrolet Tahoe and failed to stop after crashing the vehicle in Manchester.
Brandon Condo, 20, of Somerville Street in Manchester, for felony witness tampering for allegedly requesting a woman to “go down to the station and tell them that you filed a false report” on March 11, 2017, in Manchester.

Ashley Connelly, 28, pictured upper center, of Pearl Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, marijuana with intent to dispense allegedly on April 25, 2017, in Manchester.

Nicholas Cowette, 27, pictured upper right, of Thomas Street in Manchester, for felony second-degree assault, felony second-degree assault-domestic violence, three counts of simple assault-domestic violence, obstruct report of crime/injury, and criminal threatening. The charges stem from an alleged incident on March 10, 2017, involving a woman in Manchester. The reported injuries included strangulation, a broken nose, an injured ankle, as well as spitting, pushing, a death threat, and a cracked cellphone, according to the indictment.
Jason Crawford, 31, pictured lower center, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony resisting arrest allegedly on Sept. 8, 2016, in Manchester, where a detective was reportedly injured with a torn rotator cuff while trying to take him into custody.
Ronald Cross, 37, pictured lower left, of Woodlawn Avenue in Hillsborough, on two felony counts of second-degree assault, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal threatening. The charges stem from an alleged incident on March 10, 2017, in Manchester, where an intimate partner was grabbed and brought to the ground, kicked, and struck in the face multiple times.
Jessica Curry, 31, of Summers Avenue in Allenstown, on two felony counts of theft by deception. On Feb. 13, and Feb. 15, 2017, at the Toys R Us in Manchester, she allegedly returned stolen items. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft.
Christopher Davis, 36, of Silver Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 25, 2017, in Manchester.
Thaddeus DeJong, 50, of Walnut Street in Manchester, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking allegedly on Sept. 21, 2016, and March 21, 2017, at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet in Manchester. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.
Mark Delisle, 42, pictured left middle, of West Hancock Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception. On Nov. 2, 2016, in Manchester, he allegedly deposited bad checks at the Service Credit Union into another person’s account and then used a stolen debit card to withdraw money.
Patrick Devine, 28, pictured right middle, of Bellevue Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for criminal threatening, convicted felons, and possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam. The charges stem from an alleged incident on March 29, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted in Hillsborough North for criminal restrain in October 2013.
Nicole Emmons, 34, of Cilley Road in Manchester, for felony robbery allegedly on Oct. 24, 2016, at the Rite Aid in Manchester.
Kimberly Farrell, 43, pictured upper left, of Orange Street in Manchester, on six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, allegedly on Aug. 1, Aug. 9, Sept. 21, 2016, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of a drug charge.
Elizabeth Fay, 32, of Francis Avenue in Pittsfield, MA, for felony reckless conduct-domestic violence and endangering with welfare of a child. On Feb. 8, 2017, she allegedly left her child – then 7 – alone in a hotel room with cocaine in plain view.
