Amherst Man Indicted On Possession Of A Child Sexual Abuse Images Charge: Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Joshua I. Cross, 29, of Oakdale Avenue in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of striking another person in Manchester with his car on Nov. 29, 2022.

Joselito Cruz-Carmona, 50, of Cedar Street in Manchester on convicted felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, criminal threatening, two criminal mischief, three burglary, and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Sun Beam Mall, threatening another person with a knife, and stealing eyecare merchandise and burglarizing a state liquor store in Manchester on Jan. 1. Cruz-Carmona was accused of possessing a knife on Jan. 1 in Manchester after previously being convicted of a felony in New York in August 1994.

Leo Cullinan, 35, of Country Club Drive in Manchester on a felony assaults by prisoners charge on Feb. 6 in Goffstown. He was accused of striking a sergeant in the side of the head.

Joseph Davis, 37, of English Village Road in Manchester on criminal threatening, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, and two stalking charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a boxcutter on Dec. 30, 2022, in Manchester and violating a protective order in Manchester on Dec. 30, 2022, and Jan. 6, after being convicted before of stalking. Davis is a felon due to a conviction in 2006.

Benjamin Defosses, 27, of Loudon Road in Concord on motor vehicles; penalties and three reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving at a high rate of speed, evading marked police cars, on Maple and Crosbie streets on Jan. 13 in Manchester. Yorgelis De La Cruz, 25, of Bridle Path Lane in Londonderry on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of acting in concert with others to threaten another person with a knife in Bedford on Aug. 3, 2022.

Christian Edwards, 31, of Lowell Street in Manchester on two felony counts of sale of crack cocaine on Aug. 2, and Aug. 10, 2021, in Manchester. He had previously been convicted of a prior offense, according to the indictment.

Ralph R. Fabrizio, 58, of Boston Post Road in Amherst on felony possession of a child sexual abuse images charge on June 29, 2022, in Amherst.

Katelyn Freeman, 32, of Putnam Street in Manchester on domestic violence-criminal threatening and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of threatening another person with a knife and then concealing it under a nearby Honda CR-V on Nov. 20, 2022, in Manchester.

Jian Garcia, 30, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of charging a family member with a knife on Dec. 25, 2022, in Manchester.

Kyle Gerrish, 24, of Hayward Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of pointing a firearm at another person on Jan. 10 in Manchester.
