Bow Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach, Protective Order Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Benjamin M. Hunsaker, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2023, on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation. He was arrested after an incident at 111 Fisherville Road.

John Joshua Jellue, 26, of Concord received a summons at 1:12 p.m. on Feb. 3 on simple assault, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and resisting arrest or detention charges after an incident at the Best Western on Hall Street.

Michael Storm Hamilton, 37, of Concord was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on Feb. 1 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident at 417 S. Main St.

Leo Anthony V. Cullinan, 34, of Manchester was arrested on a warrant at 11:18 a.m. on Jan. 30 after an incident at the Warren Rudman Federal Building on Pleasant Street.

James Christopher Hunter, 41, of Concord was arrested at 5:01 p.m. on Jan. 28 on driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, and deal-possess prescription drugs charges. He was arrested after an incident at 9 Village Street.

David T. Swett, born 1964, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 10:06 p.m. on Jan. 26 after an incident at the Holiday Inn on North Main Street.

Seph Kimball Desmarais, born 1991, of Concord was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on Jan. 26 on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge after an incident at the Shell gas station on Gully Hilll on Loudon Road.

Robert Marden, born 1966, of Gilford was arrested on a warrant at 3:40 p.m. on Jan. 25. Also, Julie Robbins, 47, of Gilford was arrested on a warrant. They were arrested after an incident on Loudon Road on the westbound side on Gully Hill. Robbins was arraigned on drug possession charge on Feb. 8 in Belknap County Superior Court after an incident in March 2021 in Belmont.

Miles A. Anderson, 33, of Concord was arrested at 3:03 a.m. on Jan. 18 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge, after an incident at the Concord Mart on North Main Street. He was also charged with deal-possess prescription drugs and two felony drug possession after an incident on Ferry Street and a felony controlled drug charge after an incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, born 1979, of Concord was arrested on two bench warrants at 8:19 p.m. on Jan. 17 after an incident at the Bank of America on Storrs Street.

Jonathan Ruharuka, 20, of Concord was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Jan. 16 on two simple assault charges as well as an unlawful possess-intoxication charge after an incident at 118 Loudon Road.

Ryan D. Degreenia, 37, of Concord was arrested on a bench warrant at 3:36 a.m. on Jan. 15 after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Peter J. Emanuel, 60, of Bow was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:23 p.m. on Jan. 12, as well as stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges. He was arrested after an incident at 139 Loudon Road. Emanuel was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Jan. 13 on stalking-domestic violence, violation of a protective order, and breach of bail charges after an incident at 139 Loudon Road.
