Dover Woman Arrested After Chase Through Towns, Crash: New Hampshire State Police

Center Barnstead man faces road rage charges in the North Country; blotters from around New Hampshire.

CONCORD, NH — A woman from Dover was arrested on several charges after a chase through several New Hampshire communities on Tuesday.

Adriana Dion, 33, was arrested on reckless conduct and criminal mischief charges, both felonies, as well as disobeying an officer, resisting arrest, reckless operation, and operating after suspension charges and a lane control violation.

Around 10:30 p.m., a state police trooper on Route 11 in Farmington attempted to stop a 2005 Honda Civic for speeding and a registration violation. The driver, however, was accused of refusing to stop and drove onto Route 153. While on the road, Dion was accused of having lane control issues and driving in an unsafe manner.

The chase, according to Amber Lagace, a public information officer for state police, continued through Milton and Middleton

After driving into Wolfeboro, the car crashed on Route 28.

Dion was taken to the hospital and charged later. She is due in Strafford County Superior Court on March 9.

Multiple agencies assisted state police, Lagace said, including Wolfeboro police and fire, Alton police, and Crowell’s Towing.

This incident remains under investigation by the New Hampshire State Police Troop A Barracks. Anyone with information about the incident was asked to contact Trooper Bailey at Matthew.S.Bailey@dos.nh.gov.

State police arrested a Center Barnstead man on Jan. 30 after a road rage incident the day before.

Around 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 29, state police received a report of an incident on Interstate 93 south in Lincoln.

“The reporting parties described that during the incident, the involved suspect brandished a firearm and pointed it at them,” Lagace said. “Based on the description provided by the reporting parties, troopers from Troops E and F were able to locate the suspect vehicle.”

According to a report, troopers contacted the driver, Lucas Jones, 25, and a firearm was seized. A warrant was issued for Jones’ arrest on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, and he turned himself in later.

Griffin P. Mason, 24, of Hampton was arrested on a driving under the influence charge at 2:06 a.m. on Jan. 21 in Greenland.

Kevyn Andrew Medeiros Ferreira, 19, of Marlborough, Massachusetts, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Jan. 20 on reckless operation, driving after revocation or suspension, and possession of a controlled drug charges in Exeter.

Cotrell D. Trotter, 44, of Panama City, Florida, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Jan. 19 on an operating without a valid license charge and a stop/stand/park prohibited violation in Rochester.

Kenneth L. Stanley, 63, of Bay was arrested on a bench warrant at noon on Jan. 19 in Dover.

Daniel Jorge Merino, 57, of Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 8:29 a.m. on Jan. 19 on aggravated DUI-0.16+ and driving under the influence charges and an open container violation.

Kyle D. Bryant, 28, of Amesbury, MA, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. on Jan. 17 on domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-false imprisonment, and three endangering the welfare of a child charges in Exeter.

Justin N. Childs, 32, of Kingston was arrested on a driving under the influence charge at 5:08 p.m. on Jan. 16 in Epping.

Gustavo Santos Borges, 22, of Lynn, MA, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on Jan. 16 on an operating without a valid license charge in Newington.

Stephen Median, 23, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on Jan. 22 on speeding-11 to 15 mph over 65 limit, driving after revocation or suspension, and driving’s license prohibitions charges as well as a tail lamp and reflectors violation in Windham.

Ashley Michelle Perez, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:53 p.m. on Jan. 21 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge in Manchester.

Breno Viera Pereira De Castro, 20, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Jan. 21 on reckless operation and operating without a valid license charges in Londonderry.

Eduardo Rodriguez, 34, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. on Jan. 19 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge as well as unsafe lane change and yellow-solid line violations in Manchester.

Kenneth L. Faucher, 40, of Mont Vernon was arrested on a bench warrant at 1:17 a.m. on Jan. 18 as well as two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in Mont Vernon.

Ronald Rodriguez Fuentes, 38, of Nashua was arrested at 5:24 p.m. on Jan. 17 on an operating without a valid license charge in Manchester.

Alexander James Wafer, 18, of Bedford was arrested at 10:06 a.m. on Jan. 17 on driving under the influence, negligent driving, and possession of a marijuana-infused product, under 21 charges in Manchester.

Matthew Michael Beers, 43, of Nelson was arrested on a warrant at 1:29 p.m. on Jan. 16 in Londonderry.

Julisia Nicole Rondon, 18, of Manchester was arrested at 1:09 a.m. on Jan. 13 on negligent driving, disobeying an officer, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges as well as traffic control device and failure to use required turn signal violations in Manchester.

Connor Christopher Donigian, 24, of Andover, MA, was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on Jan. 11 on negligent driving and reckless operation charges after an incident in Londonderry.

Stephen Droney, 53, of Hill was arrested at 5:48 p.m. on Jan. 18 on driving after revocation or suspension and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charges. John Carter, 36, of Hill was arrested on a bench warrant. They were arrested after an incident in Concord.

Patrick S. Audet, 43, of Augusta, ME, was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge and an open container violation in Concord at 6 p.m. on Jan. 17.

Charles Soltani, 27, of Epsom was arrested on a bench warrant at 11:52 a.m. on Jan. 17 in Concord.

Frederick Temple Jr., 38, of Hopkinton was arrested on a driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent charge at 7:05 a.m. on Jan. 16 in Warner.

A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old from Campton, both runaways, were found in Hooksett. At 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 16. A second 17-year-old was also taken into protective custody.

Brian Matthew Schmitt, 35, of Amherst was arrested on driving under the influence at 7:41 p.m. on Jan. 15 in Enfield.

Stephen Jay Baberadt, 24, of Manchester was arrested at 1:03 a.m. on Jan. 15 was arrested on aggravated DUI-0.16+, driving under the influence, and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges in Bow.

Gabriel Richard Goodwin, 18, of Lee was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Jan. 14 on aggravated DUI-30+ mph, driving under the influence, reckless operation, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident in Sanbornton.

Benjamin M. Defosses, 27, of Concord was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Jan. 13 on felony operating after certified as a habitual offender, reckless operating, aggravated DUI-attempt to elude police, disobeying an officer, driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent, driving under the influence, and two reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges. Jordyn Elizabeth Nedobity, 20, of Belmont was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Jan. 13 on driving under the influence, transport alcohol by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges. Dominick Christopher Mekkelsen, 19, of Franklin was charged with unlawful possession-intoxication. They were arrested in Andover.

Dylan Lawrence Corgatelli, 21, of Franklin was arrested on two bench warrants at 12:03 a.m. on Jan. 13.

Hector Javier Sanchez, 45, of Laconia was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on Jan. 12 on driving under the influence and driving under the influence-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges in Hooksett.

Daniel Gruebel, 40, of Dover was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on Jan. 29 on driving under the influence and DUI-adult more than 0.08; minor more than 0.02 charges and a yellow-solid line violation in Portsmouth.

Heather Christina Grella, 45, of Hampton was arrested on a warrant at 8:52 p.m. on Jan. 28. Also arrested was Tim Albert Grella, 46, of Hampton, also on a warrant.

Troy N. Adams, 48, of Nashua was arrested at 4:17 p.m. on Jan. 26 on driving under the influence and reckless operation as well as open container and lane control violations in Bow.
