Bedford Man Indicted On Domestic Violence Charges: Court Roundup

Manchester felon indicted on assault, weapon charges; Newport man faces weapon charge in Antrim; woman indicted on child rape charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Mark Harding, 60, of Derry Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Manchester on March 25.

Jason Havener, 47, of Manchester Street in Manchester on first-degree assault and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was accused of striking another person in the head with a metallic object, causing a laceration on Feb. 11 in Manchester. Havener is a felon due to a prior burglary convicted.

Cameron Jennerjohn, 36, of Wathen Road in Bedford on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender. He was accused of driving on Interstate 293 south on Feb. 7 in Manchester after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Leo F. Keefe, 36, of Amherst Street in Manchester on two felon in possession of dangerous weapon, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of a controlled drug-Delta-9 THC with intent to sell, possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine with intent to sell, and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine with intent to sell charges, all felonies. On March 12, he was accused of possessing the drugs as well as a .38 caliber handgun and an AR-15 rifle after being previously being convicted of a felony in Rockingham County Superior Court in November 2016.

Calen Peter Kutrubes, 25, of Random Road in Bedford on three domestic violence-second degree assault and two tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of slamming an intimate partner’s head against the floor and strangling her between June 1 and Sept. 19, 2023, in Bedford. He was accused of trying to get her to not press charges and not give testimony on May 10 and May 11, 2023. Kutrubes was out on bail from Merrimack District Court at the time of the incident.

Steven Labie, 33, of Linden Avenue in Newport on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving at excessive speeds and crashing into a guardrail in Antrim on May 3.

Sherry A. Letendre, 41, with a last known address of Wilson Street in Manchester on felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. She acted in concert with Daniel O’Dell to rape a child between March 1, 1999, and Feb. 24, 2000, in Manchester, according to the indictments.
