Bedford Drivers Indicted On Aggravated DWI Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Roland G. Jacques, 54, of Northgate Drive in Bedford on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Black River Road in Bedford while under the influence on June 30.

Nicholas Janas, 37, of Black Brook Road in Goffstown on a felony convicted felons; possession of a dangerous weapon-a knife charge on July 8 in Bedford. He is a felon due to a conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in November 2014.

Cameron Jennerjohn, 34, of Wathen Road in Bedford on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-metallic knuckles charges, both felonies, on April 18 in Manchester.

Bethany Klein, 40, of Quincy Drive in Bedford on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. She was convicted of driving a motorcycle on Donald Street in Bedford and causing a collision on July 15.

Kelvin Lawrence, 35, of High Street in Milford on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of stealing from Marshalls in Bedford on June 30. Twice before, according to the indictment, Lawrence was convicted on theft charges in November 2013 and March 2015.

John L. Letendre, 34, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Goffstown on May 5.

Gregg Malisos, 49, of Kelley Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving a stolen 2018 Yamaha moped in the wrong direction on July 24 in Manchester.

Emmanuel Matthews, 29, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and threatening two people with a boxcutter knife, saying, “get away from me or I’m gonna cut you” or words to that effect on Aug. 16.

Charles Maynard, 35, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the face causing a fracture on July 11 in Manchester.

Michelle Milbury, 34, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on June 24 in Manchester.

Dillon Moffett, 29, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony sale of fentanyl charge from May 3, 2021, in Manchester.
