Manchester Man Indicted On Fentanyl, Manhole Cover Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Rose Desfosses, 65, of Orange Street in Manchester on arson and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of setting a building on fire by placing a burning rag on the porch of an Orange Street building in Manchester on Nov. 8, 2023.

Tyler Dostie, 31, of Franklin on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a firearm at a person twice on Oct. 20, 2023, in Manchester.

Joseph Finan, 26, of Railroad Avenue in Derry on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a gun at another person and saying, “Who’s a b---- now?” or words to that effect on Sept. 12, 2023, in Manchester. Chelsea Foley, 31, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of pregabalin, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on July 9, 2023, in Manchester.

David French, 41, of Stage Road of Sanbornton on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a Billy club and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Nov. 5, 2023, in Manchester.

Richard Gurley, 28, a homeless man now living in Manchester, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of punching another person in the face inside the Hillsborough County House of Corrections on Dec. 19, 2023, in Manchester.

Drae-Shawn E. Hernandez, 28, of Manchester Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening another person with a manhole cover on Nov. 6, 2023, in Manchester.

Anastase Kabura, 25, of Cedar Street in Manchester on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a firearm charge on Oct. 31, 2023, in Manchester. He is a felon due to a controlled drug conviction, according to the indictment.

Calen Peter Kutrubes, 24, of Random Road in Bedford on first-degree assault and witness tampering charges, both felonies. He was accused of punching a woman in the face in Bedford, causing an orbital fracture, and telling the victim to inform falsely by withholding information from police on May 5, 2023.
