Manchester Felon Indicted On Gun, Drug Dealing, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Man indicted in Goffstown sexual assault case; Candia man, with priors, indicted on burglary, robbery charges; bottle assault incident.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Hector Maldonado, 21, of Pennecook Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of using force with a knife to steal $40 from another person on Dec. 5, 2022, in Manchester.

Laronn M. Massey, 31, of Bridge Street in Manchester on two felony domestic violence charges. He was accused of blocking a woman’s path from leaving an apartment while holding a knife on Nov. 22, 2022, in Manchester.

Jennifer L. Mercado, 37, of Somerville Street in Manchester on three felony insurance fraud charges. In Manchester, she was accused of defrauding Allstate Insurance by providing false information on July 22, July 23, and July 28, 2022.

Omnia Mohamed, 21, of School Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. She was accused of hitting another person in the face with a bottle on Sept. 18, 2022, in Manchester.

Michael Neuberger, 35, of Greenfield Road in Candia on burglary and robbery charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a structure on Bell Street in Manchester on Nov. 10, 2022, and was accused of using force to steal $743.50 worth of items from Macy’s in Manchester. on Nov. 23, 2022.

Kevin Ngaruiya, 26, of Regency Drive in Dracut, Massachusetts, on two felony criminal restraint charges. He was accused of pulling a woman back into a room and keeping her from leaving on June 3, 2022, in Manchester.

Michael Noel, 39, of Hall Street in Manchester on felonious use of a firearm, two receiving stolen property — two Glock Model 43 pistols and a Sig Sauer Model P320X5 pistol, three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, four possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, fentanyl, cocaine, and crack cocaine, three possession of a controlled drug, methamphetamine, trenbolone ethanthate, and buprenorphine, and three pistols & revolvers; armed career criminals charges, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents in September and December 2022.

Jason O’Neill Jr., 24, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of fondling a woman while she was sleeping on Aug. 24, 2021, in Goffstown.

Angel Ortega, 19, of Cedar Street in Manchester on two felony reckless conduct charges as well as driving after revocation or suspension and two disobeying an officer charges. He was accused of driving recklessly while out on bail on Jan. 17 in Manchester.

Adrian Perez, 25, of Massabesic Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of placing another person in danger with a knife on Oct. 24, 2022, in Manchester.
