Raymond Man Indicted On Robbery Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Harmony Montgomery murder case indictments; felon indicted on gun, drug charges; inmate accused of throwing urine and feces at prison guard.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Joshua Maloney, 32, of Blucher Street of Manchester on bail jumping, possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of buprenorphine, and felonious use of a firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and an FNX-45 firearm in Manchester on Oct. 3, 2022; accused of failing to appear in court in Manchester on Dec. 13, 2022; and accused of possessing cocaine on Oct. 30, 2022, in Manchester.

Jason Martinez Morales, 28, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of contacting an intimate partner, who had an active protective order, on Oct. 25, 2022, in Manchester after being convicted of stalking in January 2022.

Brian Mitchell, 44, of Manchester Street in Manchester on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Henry’s Collision Center on March Avenue in Manchester on Feb. 5, 2022, and stealing a 2021 Dodge Ram pickup.

Adam Montgomery, 33, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on second-degree murder, falsifying physical evidence, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. He was accused of killing his daughter, Harmony Montgomery, by repeatedly striking her in the head with a closed fist on Dec. 7, 2019. He was accused of altering, destroying, or removing her body between Dec. 7, 2019, and March 4, 2020, in Manchester to impede an investigation. Montgomery was also accused of attempting to induct Kayla Montgomery to testify or inform falsely between Dec. 7, 2019, and Jan. 4, 2022.

Raymond Moore, 41, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on an assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of throwing urine and feces at a corrections officer and striking him in the chest on Nov. 1, 2022. Bryan A. Morse Jr., 34, of Brady Circle in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-diazepam and tampering with witnesses or informants charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug and telling a woman to tell police she was driving in Bedford on Sept. 2, 2022.

Michael Neuberger, 35, of Greenfield Road in Candia on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Macy’s on South Willow Street on Sept. 25, 2022, after previously being convicted on theft charges.

Nichelle Nichols aka Nichelle Nichols-Belle, 25, of English Village Road in Manchester on delivery to articles, illegal possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, and illegal possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies. She was of possessing the drug and hiding 27 grams in her undergarments on April 3, 2022, in Manchester.

Mukamba Nkumbo, 37, of Clinton Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of wrapping a belt around a woman’s neck and strangling her between Oct. 23 and 24, 2022, in Manchester.

Nicholas Novia, 32, of Merrick Road in Raymond on robbery and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of robbing Macy’s at the Mall of New Hampshire on Nov. 7, 2022, by punching a woman in the face and grabbing her hoodie and pulling on it while attempting to steal $321 in merchandise.
