Manchester Man Indicted On Baseball Bat Attack Charges: Superior Court
Plus: Vermont woman indicted on negligent homicide charge; bathroom peeper sex offender accused of failing to report social media accounts.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Sean Dashnaw, 32, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a stolen 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycle belonging to a Manchester man on July 28.
Travis Demers, 24, of Mast Road in Manchester on three felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charges. He was accused of failing to notify Manchester police about Instagram, TikTok, and Tinder accounts on Aug. 5. Demers is a sex offender due to invasion of privacy convictions. Charles A. Dexter, 35, of Summer Street in Penacook on possession of methamphetamine, possession of buprenorphine, possession of LSD, and possession of fentanyl charges, all felonies, in Manchester on Aug. 17.
Jacob Doyle, 25, of Bridge Street in Hillsboro on two felony criminal threatening charges. He was accused of pointing a pepper ball air pistol at two other people in Manchester on Sept. 7 while inside a vehicle and yelling, “Pop off, bro. Run your mouth. Say something.”

Greison Lora Estevez, 24, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Aug. 21 in Manchester.
Michael Feole, 32, of Jewett Street in Manchester on second-degree assault and control drug act; acts prohibited, Adderall and cocaine, charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and striking another man in the head with a motorcycle helmet on June 22 in Manchester.
Matthew Fischer, 49, of English Village Road in Manchester on operating after certification as a habitual offender and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on Front Street in Manchester after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV on July 9. Fischer was also accused of using a truck as a deadly weapon by accelerating while an intimate partner attempted to get into the truck during an argument a fell.
Amanda M. Fogg, 35, of West Townshend, Vermont, on a felony negligent homicide charge. She was accused of causing the death of Lisa Johnson by driving a vehicle, leaving the appropriate lane of travel into oncoming traffic, and causing a crash on Sept. 2 in Peterborough.
Ryan Forkey, 24, of Everett Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. On Aug. 16 in Manchester, he was accused of firing a gun in the direction of another home on Everett Street in Manchester.
Drew Fortier, 26, of Hoyt Street in Manchester on first-degree and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of striking a woman in the head with a baseball bat and fracturing her skull, and striking a man in the forearms on Aug. 18.
