Concord Felon Reindicted On Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Burglary indictments; Wilmot man indicted on shotgun discharge count; man indicted on stolen motorcycle charges; meth dealing indictment.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Emiliano Carrillo-Aun, 27, of Wilmot Center Road in New London on a felony burglary charge after an incident on Aug. 19.

Jeremy J. Carter, 37, of Little Tooky Road in Hopkinton on reckless conduct and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug, possessing the drug with intent to distribute, and driving more than 100 mph on a motorcycle, cutting between vehicles, on Interstate 89 on July 2 in Hopkinton.

John T. Conkle, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping a child between Jan. 1, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2012, and May 1, 2011, Concord. Read more about this case here: Concord Man Faces Rape And Child Endangerment Charges

Sean M. Dashnaw, 32, of Rumford Street in Concord on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining two motorcycles, a Honda and a Harley-Davidson, on May 13 and July 28 in Concord.

Joseph Deccola, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing the Mobile Kwik Stop gas station on South Main Street in Concord on Aug. 21. Read more about this case here: Man Faces Felony Charges, Accused Of Smashing Door At Concord Store

Jesse J. Deflorio, 30, of South Fruit Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, a fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, on July 21 in Concord.

Joseph Drew, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord on criminal threatening with a deadly weapon-domestic violence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a shotgun into the air, near a child, on Eagle Pond Road in Wilmot on Aug. 12.

Victoria E. Elliot, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 16 in Concord.

Christopher Flanders, 33, of Baker Street in Boscawen on a felony failure to report charge. He was accused of not telling Franklin police the new address where he was residing on July 1.

Nicole Flood, 32, of North Main Street in Concord on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing items from Market Basket in Concord on July 11 and items from TJMaxx in Concord on Aug. 24. The charges were felonies due to two prior convictions against Flood.

Randall P. Francis, 44, of Summer Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining a Nissan Versa, owned by another person he knew or believed to have been stolen, on July 19 in Concord.
