Manchester Man Indicted On Child Murder, Other Charges: Court Roundup
Plus: Homeless man accused of distributing fentanyl in jail; man faces rape charge; inmate indicted on prison assault charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury recently indicted the following people.
Cameron McEvoy, 32, of Nottingham Road in Windham on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, heroin and fentanyl mix and cocaine, on April 19 in Manchester.
Murtadah Mohammad, 25, of an unknown address on second-degree murder, two first-degree, two second-degree, and three falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of causing the death of Jaevion Riley on Jan. 17 by subjecting him to abusive violence and not obtaining timely medical assistance for his injuries in Manchester as well as burning him with a hot pan, whipping him with a cord, and striking him in the face. Mohammad was also accused of deleting cellphone data, calls, and Internet search history from his phone concerning burns and scalding injuries, and prepared his apartment to look like there was an accidental spill.

Alberto Mora, 43, of Granite Street in Manchester on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping another person on May 11 in Manchester.
Harry Moy, 41, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on delivery of prohibited articles, possession of fentanyl with intent, possession of fentanyl, and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of having the drug in the Hillsborough County Jail in Manchester and giving it to another inmate, which placed them in danger of serious bodily injury on July 3.

Sean Mulholland, 22, of Harvard Street in Manchester on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of removing license plates from a vehicle to impair an investigation and fleeing the scene on March 5 in Manchester.
Amanda Murphy, 33, of High Street in Bristol on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charge. She was accused of not returning a 2021 Chevy Van, owned by U-Haul, on Dec. 28, 2022, in Manchester.
Chad Nagy, 24, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of assaults by prisoners. He was accused of striking three others in the Hillsborough County Jail on June 22.
Justin S. Oliver, 27, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 24 in Manchester.
Griffin O’Neil, 21, of Mast Road in Manchester on first-degree assault, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, and two felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-firearm charges, all felonies. He was accused of being involved with Emannuel Sayle and Kekoa Bissonnette in planning a mass shooting in Manchester on May 13.
Kevin Ortega, 26, of Bedford Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony theft charge. He was accused of loading more than $1,000 on his personal debit-credit card while working at 7-Eleven on South Main Street in Manchester on Aug. 30, 2022.
