Manchester Man Indicted On 6 Rape, Sexual Assault Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Plus: Another suspect in the May mass shooting incident indicted; Salisbury man indicted after thefts in Goffstown; Deering drug indictment.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently by a Hillsborough County Superior Court North grand jury.

Melanie Ann Diperna, 24, of Granite Street in Northfield on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, cocaine and methamphetamine, charges in Manchester on May 3.

Sevon Edwards-Gold, 29, of Cheney Place in Manchester on second-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of throwing a billiard ball at a woman and striking her in the face on May 14, 2022, in Manchester.

Samantha Landry, 35, of Bremer Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. She was accused of using force to steal $420 worth of merchandise from Macy’s at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester on April 1.

Scott Lansill, 51, of Millstone Avenue in Manchester on two felony second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking an intimate partner over the head with a two-liter bottle on Oct. 27, 2022, in Manchester.

Timothy Leblanc, 36, of Pine Street in Manchester on six felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of raping and sexually assaulting an intimate partner on Oct. 21, 2022, in Manchester.

Trenton Liggins, 22, of Auburn Street in Manchester on first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault charges, both felonies. He was accused of working on concert with Emmanuel Sayle, Kekoa Bissonnette, and-or Griffin O’Neil to commit a criminal street gang mass shooting on May 13 in Manchester.

Ginger Lloyd, 57, of Clinton Road in Antrim on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on March 4, 2022, in Deering.

Cheryl A. Gallant, 45, of Joliette Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of driving Arica Siegel and Megan Papadoplos to Kohl’s in Bedford to they could steal $2,522 worth of merchandise on March 24, according to the indictment.

Nicholas Godbout, 35, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury on receiving stolen property, theft by deception, and four theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of stealing a Bose L1 Model 11, two Behringer X32 compacts, a Behringer X32 rack, XLR cables and other items on Feb. 4 and April 7 in Goffstown.
