Mass. Teen Indicted In Manchester Mass Shooting Incident: County Superior Court Roundup
Man indicted in Goffstown Dunkin' burglary case; homeless woman faces riot charge; Merrimack man indicted in Bedford fentanyl dealing case.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Nicholas Acevedo, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of striking another person during a theft on April 8 in Manchester.
Fabio Baez, 24, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on reckless conduct and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving and retaining a stolen 2007 Ford Fusion as a dangerous weapon causing injury on Bridge Street in Manchester on April 1.

Kekoa Bissonnette, 19, of South Street in Southbridge, Massachusetts, on reckless conduct, conspiracy to commit first-degree assault, and four first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of shooting multiple people in Manchester on May 13, as part of a criminal street gang, and working in concert with Griffin O’Neil, Emmanuel Sayle, and-or Trenton Liggins. Darwin G. Brown, 59, of Pine Street in Manchester on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to submit a change of address to Manchester police on April 22, 2022. He is a sex offender due to an aggravated felonious sexual assault against a child conviction from September 1998.

Steven Burleigh, 36, of Henriette Street in Manchester on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Dunkin’ Donuts in Goffstown on June 9 and stealing more than $1,500.
Joshua Cann, 28, of Peaslee Road in Merrimack on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charge on March 18 in Bedford.
Demetrio Chalston, 38, of Auburn Street in Manchester on second-degree assault, criminal threatening, convicted felons, and witness tampering charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner, possessing a knife, and saying, “It’s a good thing you left when you did. I would have butchered you,” after placing a knife near a door on April 7 in Manchester. He was accused of trying to get the victim to make false statements on April 19 in Manchester. Chalston is a felon due to an attempted murder conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in 2007.
Kalee Chaput, 32, a homeless woman now located in Manchester, on a felony riot charge. She was accused of causing public alarm with two or more people by assaulting another person on June 21 in Manchester.
