Merrimack Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Elderly woman indicted on hammer attack threat charge; robbery indictments; Manchester man indicted on arson charge.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Jonathan Bryceland, 29, of Spruce Street in Manchester on burglary, falsifying physical evidence, and theft charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Avis Car Rental on South Willow Street in Manchester, stealing a 2022 Nissan Rogue, and removing its license plate on April 11.
Leeann Burke, 65, of Harrison Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening to kill two other people while armed with a hammer on May 27 in Manchester.

Aaron Cantrell, 34, of Sagamore Street in Manchester on reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of amphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a high rate of speed while attempting to elude police on March 29 in Manchester.
Charles C. Casey, 21, of Rimmon Street in Manchester on reckless conduct and domestic violence-criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of pointing a firearm at an intimate partner while intoxicated on May 28 in Manchester.

Seth Cormier, 21, of Belmont Street in Manchester on robbery and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of robbing a store of cash with a kitchen knife on June 13 in Manchester and then hiding the knife in a location filled with plants.
Anthony Cote, 37, of Hevey Street in Manchester on a felony arson charge. He was accused of causing more than $500,000 worth of damage to an apartment building on Hevey Street in Manchester on July 10. Valentim P. Da Silva, 30, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on March 2 in Manchester.
Nicholas David, 49, of Donovan Court in Merrimack on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of coming toward another person with a knife while yelling profanities on May 24 in Manchester.
Elias Dawley, 29, of Colonial Drive in Greenfield on robbery and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. Sean P. Dawson, 42, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 24 in Manchester.
Anthony Daylor, 32, of Massebesic Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, felonious use of a firearm, receiving stolen property, and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on June 7 in Manchester.
