NH Man Indicted On Child Rape Charge: Superior Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Samantha Adams, 35, of no fixed address in Nashua on possession of fentanyl and possession of morphine charges, both felonies, on July 7 in Nashua. She was previously convicted on a possession charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in December 2019.

Luis Bernardo Alba, 37, of an unknown address, on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a girl between June 1 and June 30 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Man Arrested On Sexual Assault Charges

Nicholas Bissonette, 32, of Bowers Landing in Merrimack on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on May 22 in Merrimack.

Todd Blashock, 42, of Boulder Drive in Londonderry on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Route 13 in Milford on April 20 after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV in 2013.

Nicholas Brochu, 40, of Richard Court in Raymond on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Hannah Chick to steal $1,271.87 worth of items from Target in Nashua on Feb. 9, according to the indictment.

Callie Campbell, 25, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited, a fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix, charge on July 1 in Nashua.

Nathan Chernis, 31, of Western Avenue in Henniker on a felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 14 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in 2015.

Leann Cote, 50, of East Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute charge on July 2 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in July 2019.

Wilfredo Cruz, 47, of Auburn Street in Nashua on a felony possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute charge on June 13 in Nashua. He was previously convicted on a sale of a controlled drug charge in November 2019.

Christopher Dold, 37, of Hubbard Hill Road in Rindge on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Wilton on June 5.
