Nashua Woman Indicted In Manchester Scissors Attack Case: Superior Court Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

John Kirsch, 62, of Pleasant Street in Manchester on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to register his SUV with Manchester police on Aug. 9, 2022.

Daniel E. Laguerre, 35, of Hunt Road in Peterborough on a felony possession of fentanyl with intent to sell charge on June 13, 2022, in Peterborough.

Joseph Lamarche, 40, of Market Lane in Concord on first-degree assault, criminal mischief, felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, criminal threatening, and two arson charges, all felonies. On Nov. 23, 2022, he was accused of injuring an intimate partner with a knife, damaging a vehicle, possessing a knife, and starting a fire in a vehicle next to gas pumps which placed the woman and nearby building in danger in Manchester.

Paul Laplante, 23, of Arizona Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of shooting a gun into the floor of an apartment leading to a bullet passing through into the kitchen below on Oct. 19, 2022, in Manchester.

Frederick Lasman, 27, of Beech Street in Manchester on four second-degree assault charges. He was accused of repeatedly strangling an intimate partner on Oct. 3, and Oct. 4, 2022, in Manchester.

Blexany Leonte, 21, of Blossom Street in Nashua on first degree assault and two criminal threatening charges, all felonies. She was accused of threatening and lunging at an intimate partner with scissors, cutting the victim’s hand on Nov. 7, 2022, in Manchester.

Douglas W. Lippert, 54, of Baldwin Road in Milford on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of using a vehicle as a deadly weapon, driving on the wrong side of the highway while intoxicated, and causing a crash on Oct. 13, 2022, in Manchester.

Arthur W. Lyon Jr., 30, of Falcon Crest Way in Manchester on three insurance fraud charges. On June 9, June 11, and June 15, 2021, he was accused of attempting to conceal information about the date of an accident in Manchester in phone conversations with GEICO.
