Concord Teen Indicted On Aggravated DWI, Other Charges: Roundup
CT man indicted on kidnapping charge; NY man indicted on weapon charge; Antrim woman accused of biting, scratching corrections officer.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Shayna Joy Kinney, 38, of Esty Road in Concord on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on June 21 on Loudon Road in Concord.
Sean P. Koehler, 33, of Bockes Road in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, clonazepam, buprenorphine, and cocaine, charges on March 1, 2021, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of acts prohibited.

Richard Kuchinsky, 52, of Concord, incarcerated at the Rockingham County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, on a felony burglary charge. He was accused by police of burglarizing Super Cuts in Concord on Dec. 2, 2021.
Dylan Lorenz, 46, of Beverley Road in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused by police of putting others in danger while driving through red lights and colliding into vehicles on Nov. 20, 2021, in Hooksett.

Joseph M. Lamarche, 39, of Pennacook Street in Manchester on operating a vehicle while certified as a habitual offender and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving in Hooksett on Dec. 28, 2021, in a vehicle belonging to Kettredge Food Services that he believed had probably been stolen.
Nicole Langelier, 42, of Preston Street in Goffstown on two felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charges. Law enforcement accused her of driving on Interstate 93 in Hooksett on Nov. 9, 2021, and Hooksett Road in Hooksett on Nov. 22, 2021, after being certified as a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Hunter Levesque, 19, of Alice Drive in Concord on reckless conduct, driving after revocation or suspension, two disobeying an officer charges, and two aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of driving on Clinton Street in Bow, fleeing from police, and crashing, which caused serious bodily injury to another person on Aug. 15, 2021, while not licensed to drive while having an alcohol concentration of 0.02 or more .
Erin Longgood, 35, of Salmon Brook Road in Antrim on three assaults by prisoners charges. She was accused by the Merrimack County House of Corrections of scratching, hitting, and biting a corrections officer on Nov. 19, 2021, in Boscawen.
Devin Mack, 37, of Fairway Drive in Derry on possession of meth, possession of clonazepam, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies, on Oct. 7, 2021, in Bow.
Brandon S. Mancini, 31, of Concord on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused by police of possessing the drug in Bow while out on bail. The theft charges were from Target in Concord on Nov. 2, and Nov. 9, 2021, and Walmart in Concord on Nov. 22, 2021. Previously, he has been convicted of two or more theft charges.
Justin Martin, 35, of Mount Vernon Drive in Barnstead on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, burglary, and two theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. He was accused by police of possessing a switchblade on Aug. 3, 2021, in Concord; stealing tools twice in Concord on Sept. 24, 2021; and burglarizing a room at the Best Western on Hall Street in Concord on Oct. 4, 2021. Robert Matteson, 29, of Jewett City, Connecticut, on a felony kidnapping charge. He was accused by police of holding a woman for ransom or hostage on Sept. 18, 2020, in Pembroke.
