Franklin Man Indicted On Robbery, Assault Charges: Court Roundup

Plus: Several prisoners indicted on drug possession charges; Laconia man faces forgery charge; numerous Concord drug indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Michael Hopkins, 35, unknown address, on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge, while at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord on Jan. 1.

Timothy Howe, 35, of Summer Street in Berlin on two felony sale of narcotic-fentanyl charges on Feb. 16, at Hannaford on Central Street in Franklin, and April 27, at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Central Street in Franklin.

Gregory Hurst, 52, of French Pond Road in Henniker on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, alprazolam and meth, charges on Dec. 15, 2020, in Henniker.

Serenity Ivery, 27, of Rivers Hill Road in Pineland, South Carolina, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, promethazine-codeine mix, charge. She was accused of uttering a false prescription at Colonial Village Pharmacy for Kenneth Logan on March 25 in Hopkinton, the indictment said.

Ryan Kirk, 33, of North State Street in Concord three felony counts of delivery of articles to prisoners. He was accused of possessing meth, a buprenorphine and naloxone mix, and buprenorphine on Jan. 11 while at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men transitional work center in Concord.

Richard Laflower, 51, of Elm Street in Laconia on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check on the account of Structured Maintenance Truck and Equipment for $450 at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts in Concord on Dec. 7, 2021.

Joseph M. Lamarche, 39, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony delivery of articles to prisoners charge. He was accused of bringing buprenorphine into the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on Feb. 17 in Concord.

Eric D. Lassonde, 30, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth-subsequent charge on May 19 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in September 2019.

Seth Laughy, 39, of Old South Main Street in Franklin on a felony possession of buprenorphine charge on March 31 in Franklin.

Christopher Levreault, 44, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony possession of meth charge on March 4 in Bow.

Zachary Markva, 32, of Pleasant Street in Franklin on two felony robbery charges as well as two simple assault charges. He was accused of striking in the head and threatening another person with a handgun, grabbing their throat, and jumping on their back during the commission of a robbery on April 2 on East Bow Street in Franklin.
