Concord Woman Indicted On Negligent Homicide, DWI Charges: Court

Roundup: Accused meth dealer indicted; Belmont teen indicted on robbery, threat charges; Suncook woman indicted on knife threat charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Jamie Campbell, 40, of Perimeter Road in Concord, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge from Aug. 20, 2019, in Concord.

Jeremy A. Carter, 41, of Bow Street in Concord, on habitual offender, reckless conduct, and motor vehicles; penalties charges, all felonies. He's accused of driving on I-89 in Hopkinton and Concord on July 25 at speeds of up to 100 mph as well as speeds of up to 65 mph on Clinton Street in Concord. He's also accused of driving on I-89 in Concord on June 27 while being certified as a habitual offender. At the time, according to the indictment, Carter was out on bail from the Merrimack County Superior court on July 11.

Daniel Chambers, 41, pictured lower right, of South Fruit Street in Concord, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, principal and/or accomplice. The charges stem from incidents on Dec. 5, Dec. 20, and Dec. 21, 2018, on North Main Street, Fisherville Road, and Storrs Street in Concord. Chambers is accused of being "in concert and aided by Eva Holland" on two of the charges. Previously, according to the indictment, Chambers was convicted on a possession charge in Coos County Superior Court in November 2014.

Megan R. Champagne, 33, of Valley Street in Hooksett, on possession of a controlled drug-meth and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 8 in Concord.

Marc J. Cincotta, 60, of Broadway in Pembroke, on a felony receiving stolen property charge "currency and receipts, the property of Makris," on Aug. 8 in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Dylan Corgatelli, 18, of Belmont, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, of robbery and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of threatening another man with a BB gun during the course of a robbery in Northfield on Aug. 2.

Stephen Cote, 35, homeless, on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He's accused of retaining a 2011 Dodge Avenger, owned by another person, and stealing items from Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord on Aug. 2. Twice before, according to the indictment, Cote has been convicted on theft charges in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2003 and Plymouth District Court in November 2006.

Jennifer Cutter-Sharples, 39, of Pinecrest Circle in Suncook, on two felony criminal threatening charges. She's accused of threatening to kill another woman with a knife, while attempting to open a car door, in Allenstown on Aug. 9.

Allen DeGroff, 62, lower center, of Hooksett Road in Hooksett, on a felony habitual offender charge for driving on Dartmouth Street in Hooksett on Aug. 7.

Jacob Deveno, 43, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge for stealing a truck hitch in Hooksett on June 14. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

James E. Dimond, 38, of Route 127 in Franklin, on a felony receiving stolen property charge for receiving or retaining a John Deere Gator tractor owned by another person on Aug. 22 in Franklin.

James D. Dobson, 31, homeless, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. On Aug. 31, he's accused of stealing an iPad from one person and a credit card from another person in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.

Maggie J. Doorlag, 27, lower left, of North Spring Street in Concord, on negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. She's accused of driving drunk on Route 106 in Loudon and killing Angelica Lane and injuring a child during the accident on June 23.
