Merrimack County Residents Indicted On Drug Charges: Roundup
Manchester man indicted on plow theft charge from Dunbarton; Pembroke woman faces forgery, other charges; felon indicted on weapon charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Megan R. Champagne, 33, of Front Street in Pembroke, on falsifying physical evidence, forgery, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. She is accused of drawing $275 on the Merrimack County Savings Bank account of a couple with a forged check at the bank's Hooksett location on Feb. 21, 2019. On April 10, Champagne is accused of being in possession of fentanyl and destroying a syringe. At the time, she was out on bail from Merrimack County Superior Court.
Teran Crossley, 34, of Kennard Road in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, Clonazepam on Oct. 6, 2018, in Hooksett.

Daniel W. Campbell, 29, of Orange Street in Manchester, on felony motor vehicles; penalties. He is accused of driving on Hooksett Road in Hooksett on March 9, after being certified as a habitual offender. At the time, he was out on bail by the Merrimack County Superior Court.
Nieko T. Clow, 26, of Raymond Place in Claremont, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-anabolic steroid testosterone cypionate charge on March 24, in North Sutton.

Ryan P. Cormier, 28, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 26, in Concord.
Nicholas Chamberland, 32, of Bridge Street in Manchester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He is accused of stealing a snow plow from a home on Stark Highway North in Dunbarton on March 6.
Stone B. Cooper, 19, of Kimball Street in Manchester, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 29, in Bow.
Jonathan R. Devereaux, 28, pictured lower left, of Broadway Road in Pembroke, on felon in possession-daggers, self-defense weapon; possession by felony-an electronic defense weapon, and two counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Lorazepam, meth. The charges stem from an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street in Concord on April 22. Devereaux was convicted of burglary in Grafton Superior Court in February 2010.
Shane Demers, 29, pictured upper left, of Middle Street in Pembroke, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on April 12, on Rollins Street in Concord.
