Woman Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Hillsborough County Superior Court North Roundup

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Jonah Sanborn, 28, of Pine Street in Manchester on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, felonious use of a firearm, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-heroin/fentanyl charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a firearm, a Springfield Model XD .40 caliber pistol on March 9 in Manchester. Sanborn is a felon due to a conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2017.

William Santana, 37, of Forests Road in Hudson on six second-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking a two and half year-old boy in the scrotum, the leg, an ear, the chest, and restraining his ankles between Feb. 1, and Feb. 14, 2022, in Manchester.

Vanessa A. Saraceni, 43, of Blodgett Street in Manchester on a felony criminal threatening charge. She was accused of threatening another person with a knife on Feb. 5 in Manchester.

Jeremy Surrell, 46, of Wayne Street in Manchester on a felony duty to inform charge. He was accused of failing to tell Manchester police on Jan. 13 that he vacated his residence five days before. Surrell is a sex offender due to aggravated felonious sexual assault against a boy in Jaffrey in 2013.

Kailin Syvertsen, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. She was accused of striking another person in the face in Manchester on Feb. 8.

Jesse Vajgrt, 30, of Mill Street in Hillsboro on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a woman between June 1, and June 30, 2021, in Manchester. Vajgrt was indicted on the charge in March 2022 but the case was nolle prossed on Feb. 28. He was reindicted on May 22.

Sean Varney, 36, of Hayward Street in Manchester on possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of clonazepam with intent to sell, and possession of cocaine charges, all felonies, on Jan. 25 in Manchester.

Matthew Vaughan, 39, of Francis Drive in Andover, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on June 24, 2021, in Bedford.

Christopher Viveney, 33, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on perjury and three witness tampering charges, all felonies. He was accused of making a false material statement during a jury trial on April 19, concerning a woman showing him nude photos of herself from her OnlyFans account in March 2020. On Jan. 26, Feb. 5, and Feb. 8, in Manchester, he was accused of retaliating against another woman, a witness in a bail revocation hearing against him, by turning off the gas which caused her to lose heat in her home.
