Seven Arrested During Concord Street Drug Raid

Concord Police, SWAT arrest three alleged drug dealers, one on a nuisance charge, three others for possession in the South End this morning.

CONCORD, NH — An early morning drug raid in Concord’s South End neighborhood led to the arrest of seven on drug charges including three alleged drug dealers, according to police. The Central NH Special Operations Unit along with officers executed both search and arrest warrants at 52 Concord St. on July 13, 2017. Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations unit, confirmed this morning that there was a raid at the residence.

“CPD had been receiving numerous complaints about drug and drug related activity in the area,” he noted in an email. “Numerous people detained inside of residence. Several were identified as having arrest warrants while other were charged as a result of narcotics discovered in their possession.”

Paula White, 44, pictured upper left, of Concord, was arrested on one count of sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, two counts of conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, methamphetamine, and a capias out of Merrimack County for nonappearance in court.

Alex Mahan, 23, pictured upper middle, of Concord, was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl.

Joshua Davis, 35, pictured upper right, of Concord, was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court as well as a single count of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl.

Joyce LeBlanc, 53, pictured lower right, of Concord, was arrested for felony maintaining a common nuisance (an illegal drug abode) and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine.

Also arrested on were:

  • Desiree Kenyon, 22, pictured right center, of Concord, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl.
  • Kyle Bissonnette, 26, pictured lower middle, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.
  • Eva Holland, 41, pictured lower left, of Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana.

Previously, according to reports on Patch from earlier this year, a person passed away due to an overdose at the home in question.

“After the completion of the search warrant, a financial institution who controls the property was contacted and agreed to have the premises secured so that no one should be able to access the residence,” Ford noted. “We thank members of the public for providing information to assist us in the investigation in our continued efforts to make the community safer and address the narcotic crisis in the city.”

All involved will be arraigned in Concord District Court tomorrow.

Past Charges

According to reports on Patch, most of the people arrested today are not strangers to police.

Kenyon has been arrested a slew of times during the past few years. In March 2014, she was arrested on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, felony possession of a controlled drug, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and a bench warrant. In July 2015, she was arrested on criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions charges, a theft charge days later, and then unlawful possession of alcohol and default or breach of bail conditions. Kenyon was arrested in February 2016, for criminal trespass and unlawful possession of alcohol. She was arrested in March 2016, for criminal trespass and a bench warrant and was charged in April 2016, for camping along the Merrimack River as well as a possession charge at The Friendly Kitchen. The next month, she was arrested again and was charged with felony robbery, two counts of simple assault, willful concealment, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

Davis has also been arrested countless times during the past few years. In July 2012, he was arrested for criminal trespass. When he was living in Hooksett, he was arrested on two theft charges after incidents at a gas station in July 2013. He was arrested on a warrant in November of that year. Davis was arrested in August 2014, for public disposal of human waste and possession of alcoholic beverages near the Northway Bank near Dubios Avenue. In March 2016, he was arrested on criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after a report of a smashed window on a van at Hannaford. The next month, on April 11, 2016, for criminal trespass, inhaling toxic vapors for effect, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested again on May 20, for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Davis was also arrested on May 23, and charged with felon in possession of a dangerous weapons and criminal threatening, both felonies, as well as criminal mischief and default or breach of bail conditions. In January 2016, he was arrested for criminal trespass, two counts of simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct and then arrested again for criminal mischief later in the month. In July of that year, he was picked up on warrants. Davis was indicted on theft, threat, vandalism, and breach charges in 2017, after alleged incidents at Market Basket. Back in April, he was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of alcoholic beverages on public property.

Holland was arrested in December 2016, two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and transportation of alcohol/open container after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Mahan was arrested on a drug charge in Rollins Park in September 2016. In April 2014, he was arrested on two simple assault counts and two bench warrants on Garvins Falls Road. Mahan was charged with breach in June 2014, after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen. In October of that year, he was picked up on a bench warrant after reportedly hanging around the Durgin Block Parking Garage during the early morning hours.
